Approach

Start with the decision, evidence and people who will own the result.

Training, implementation and architecture review have different outputs, but the working method is consistent: understand the real context, make boundaries explicit and leave a result your team can use.

The shared sequence

Five steps, with the important decisions made visible.

The emphasis changes by engagement, but evidence, ownership and scope come before recommendations or build work.

  1. 01

    Show us the workflow

Describe what triggers the work, what your team does today, which tools are involved and what a better outcome would look like. A rough description is enough.

  2. 02

    Review the process

We map the steps, dependencies and risks, then identify what to automate, what to keep manual and whether AI, rules or a simpler process is the right answer.

  3. 03

    Agree the scope

You receive the proposed workflow, integrations, human checkpoints, deliverables, implementation approach and fixed scope before work starts.

  4. 04

    Build and test

We implement the workflow and test normal cases, missing information, incorrect inputs, failed integrations and the approval points that need a person.

  5. 05

    Deploy and hand over

The workflow goes into the agreed environment with documentation, access handover, a walkthrough and a defined initial support period.

Three delivery paths

The output determines the process.

01 / WORKSHOP

AI leadership training

A sponsor questionnaire and context call shape one facilitated day. The team applies shared frameworks to its own business ideas. Within five working days, leaders receive a prioritised opportunity map, decision notes and a 90-day action plan.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION

Workflow automation

The current process, systems and exceptions are mapped before a fixed scope is agreed. The implementation is tested against normal, missing and failed states, then deployed with human checkpoints, documentation and access handover.

03 / REVIEW

AI architecture review

One or two workflows are benchmarked and compared across closed API, hybrid, private and self-run paths. The result is a written recommendation that states the assumptions, trade-offs and practical next step, including when no change is justified.

What you receive

A working system, not a loose collection of automations.

The exact scope varies by workflow. These are the delivery basics that make the result understandable and usable.

Workflow map and scope

The current process, proposed automation, boundaries and handoffs made explicit.

Working implementation

The automation and agreed integrations deployed to the target environment.

Approvals and error handling

Human checkpoints and clear handling for missing information or failed integrations.

Tested deployment

Representative scenarios and edge cases checked before launch.

Documentation and handover

A practical guide, walkthrough, access handover and defined initial support period.

What we need from you

Context and timely decisions.

A process owner, representative examples, appropriate access to the agreed tools and someone who can confirm exceptions and approval rules.

After launch

Handover comes first.

Your proposal defines the initial support period. Ongoing care can be scoped separately, but it is never required to keep access to your own workflow.

A few sentences about the context are enough to start. We will help identify the most useful engagement path.
